QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Clear management targets, integrated production and test planning and complete monitoring of the central process steps ensure our outstandingly high quality standard. We owe our progress in getting closer and closer to our future goal of “zero defects” to several facts: We continuously invest in optical measurement monitoring and have a very well organised IT structure.

All internal processes are controlled by modern ERP software – so all processes from the inquiry to the order delivery are traceable and reproducible. All orders, whether large or small, go through defined process steps with a continuous improvement process.

The quality of our products is based on a modern quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. All processes and procedures are organised using a CAQ system. Our measurement and test procedures are available to our customers at any time.

Certification according to IATF 16949:2016 is in preparation.
