Our modern CNC department manufactures products including components for manufacturers of high-quality sensors:

Made of various stainless steel alloys:

And standard alloys such as steel, aluminium and brass.
In addition, we manufacture complex CNC turning/milling components for measurement technology, the opto-electronic sector and the automotive supply industry.
CNC short-turned parts
On modern CNC short-turning machines, we manufacture a wide range of turned parts from simple to complex geometries up to Ø 90 mm made of bar stock. Complete machining and materials such as V4A, titanium or special aluminium grades are standard for us.
CNC long-turned parts
We produce CNC long-turned parts from Ø 6 – 32 mm and with a maximum part length of 1,000 mm. Cross machining, thread whirling, thread forming or deep-hole drilling are what we specialise in. Whether small series or large quantities in Kanban call-off — we are the partners for you.
CNC turned chuck parts
We can deliver turned chuck parts up to Ø 280 mm. Here, too, complete machining is part of our core expertise.
